Ok. Would you be kind enough to refund my 5 cents & I will select a higher amount.
May I suggest you nominate a minimum donation amount on your website which will (at least) cover PayPal’s base fee?
It’s not our fault (the consumer) that you have chosen PayPal as your ‘donation agent’. There would be no fees involved if bank deposit was used (for example). The fact that EVERY donation you receive PayPal get’s a cut is quite frankly a scam. PayPal, which is owned by eBay, are one of the most corrupt, dishonest & un-transparent organizations on the planet. You should be absolutely ashamed to be associated with them in any way shape or form. O, hang on… you’re probably owned by eBay too. How silly of me for not seeing that!
And BTW: Your software product is so long winded, overly complex, so consumer un-friendly and it doesn’t even work! Hence I thought a 5 cent donation was too much!
Back to the drawing board guys! Your product is crap! After trying to get it working for two hours – all it did was totally fuck up my WMC program completely & windows!

Would you like us to attempt a refund through PayPal or via Direct Deposit to the Australian bank account of your choice? Please keep in mind that a PayPal refund may attract fees (http://www.paypal.com.au/fees).

On our donation information page does mention a minimum that would cover PayPal fees and provides a link to PayPal’s current transaction processing fees. If you feel you need to complain more about eBay and PayPal, then you can try this website: http://paypalsucks.com.

We’re really sorry to hear you were having problems with your installation. It’s a shame you couldn’t supply us with something a bit more descriptive than “Your product is crap!” because we’re really would have liked to help you out.

Hi,

Now we are normally pretty generous when it comes to handing out licenses, but like most people we don't like having abuse hurled at us.

After Mark Drage's rant at us, he sent a rather polite email to PayPal ... actually surprising polite!

Paid a mandatory fee (which is variable) to obtain a computer software license as to operate sellers software without limitations. Seller has confirmed receiving my funds however, refuses to provide me with a License.

Our reply was very polite too ...

Mark Drage obviously did not try reply to our email to indicate if he wanted his refund via PayPal or Direct Deposit into his bank account. Instead it looks like Mark Drage has chosen to bypass communications with us and raise a dispute directly with PayPal.

We'll assume that the raising of a dispute with PayPal by Mark Drage is his way of notifying us that he requires a refund.

Additionally, please note that at our discretion we reserve the right to refuse Mark Drage a license due to the historically abusive and accusing tone of his communication.

A full refund of $0.05 will be granted.

To be honest, I can't understand why some people are like this! What's he trying to achieve?
